INTRODUCTION
Located in Sklithri, over looking Tzaneria beach the Villa is in an elevated position with a stunning view of the Aegean.
You can either relax in the comfort of your own private villa or explore the beaches and everything else the island has to offer.
Tzaneria beach is a 5 minutes walk, where you will find an excellent beach bar and restaurant and the jetty for the water taxi to Skiathis town.
Skiathos town is 5km from the villa, accessible by water taxi directly in front of the villa on Tzaneria beach, by bus stop number 12 or by car which takes 5 minutes.
The airport is 10 minutes away from the Villa, we are situated opposite Kanapitsa peninsula.
The villa has three floors, on the lower ground floor you have access straight out to the outdoor eating area and pool, this floor has a large family lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
On the middle floor there is another lounge area with access to a large balcony and a bedroom with an en-suite and private balcony.
On the top floor there is a large house bathroom and two further bedrooms both with balconies.
Outside we have a large pool, 7m x 5m with a shaded seating and eating area with bbq. private parking is directly behind the villa.
